Chiunque aspiri ad un minimo di lucidità dovrebbe tener presente che sentirsi appagati altera la prospettiva con cui si osserva il mondo. Ogni opinione che non sia il prodotto di un'inquietudine sfiora l'impostura, perché è sì buono quello che contribuisce al benessere, ma dà acutezza solo quello che ci rende infelici.
