SHORT FILM ~ Coward

"COWARD" is a 28 minute film set during World War 1 that brings to light some of the brutal treatment soldiers received for suffering what would now be known as shell-shock.

It follows two cousins, Andrew and James, from their home in Northern Ireland who join the British Army to fight for their Country and make their families proud.
Through their eyes we see the reality of life on the front lines.

A few years ago, photographer Pieter Hugo of Cape Town, South Africa came out with a striking portrait series titled ‘The Hyena & Other Men‘. The portaits were of a group of men in Lagos, Nigeria that kept Hyenas as pets, like dogs on chains. Hugo toured with them for 8 days and produced some startling portraits which quickly spread through the web, resulting in several gallery shows and a book.
