Swiss photographer fabian oefner has explored the art of the bursting bubble in his project 'iridient'.
The soapy air pockets are immortalized in two states: the moment immediately before and after rupturing; and the famous spectrum of colors.

FILM ~ The Time That Remains*****

 

‘The Time That Remains is a semi-autobiographical film, in four episodes, about a family, my family, from 1948 until recent times.

The film is inspired by my father’s private diaries, starting from when he was a resistance fighter in 1948, and by my mother’s letters to family members who were forced to leave the country.
Combined with my intimate memories of them and with them, the film attempts to portray the daily life of those Palestinians who remained and were labelled "Israeli-Arabs", living as a minority in their own homeland.’

Scavare nel profondo. Non c'è niente che somigli alla psicoanalisi più della cartomanzia: stessa mania di ricondurre all'inconscio quello che l'interessato sa da sempre, stesso riferimento ad immagini mitiche, stesso solleticare la vanità di essere stanati. Se c'è del genio in tutto questo è nell'aver sostituito l'inginocchiatoio del confessionale con un comodo divano. Più un passo avanti nella qualità abitativa che in quella terapeutica verrebbe da dire, ma d'altronde chi viene messo a suo agio con un problema non vede l'ora di raccontarlo al mondo.
Lodevole invece che tra le professioni coinvolte nell'esternazione della sessualità, quella di Freud sia l'unica ad emettere ricevuta.
