Working in the fields of interactive and experience design Copenhagen-based design office YOKE has created an immersive light experience exploring the human perception of depth and height in space. The light installation named INTERSECTIONS is a manipulation of space using a minimalistic form language.
INTERSECTIONS consist of 3 large black cylinders, each with a pattern of cuts enabling lines of light to shine out. Intersecting with each other, the emitted vertical and horizontal patterns create a temporary three-dimensional map on the surrounding architecture.
