The Past Inside the Present

An allegorical tale of a couple who attempt to renew their dying relationship by plugging directly into recordings of their memories. Composed of over 7000 frames of pen and charcoal meticulously drawn over the course of almost two years, The Past Inside the Present is a film which carries the weight of time - both in its subject matter and in the process by which it was made.
Director: James Siewert
